Lead Hand Therapist

Lead Hand Therapist
Lovell Hand & Orthopedic Center is looking for an experienced CHT or OT to help launch our hand therapy services. Lovell Hand is creating a better place to practice medicine for both providers and patients, and we are looking for a CHT/OT that will help us build our hand therapy services from the ground up. Your input and experience will be used in everything from the selection of the EMR and equipment used by the therapists, to the schedule design and patient flow in the clinic.
We have a capable team that can execute the details, but we want a hand therapist's input to guide us in creating the ideal hand therapy division. Once hand therapy is established, as the Lead Therapist, you will be the primary therapist and manager of the area.
This is a unique opportunity, but if you are not interested in trying to create the ideal practice for both providers and patients, please don’t apply. Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled CHT or OT who is a bright and talented team member with a desire to treat each patient with skill and kindness.
